Private Repository Boundary
By Daniel Ensminger
Private Repository Boundary
GitGrid Apply uses a narrow write boundary.
- One private repository created specifically for GitGrid.
- No writes to existing repositories.
- No edits, rewrites, or deletions outside that repository.
- Historical application and saved future settings remain separate choices.
The GitHub App creates the repository from the public GitGrid template, saves
the versioned configuration under .gitgrid/config.json, and applies the
selected history through today. Recurring scheduling remains disabled.
